Lavin's Cafe in Munich

Very nice service, delicious hot and cold dishes and great cakes - what more could you want? A good address for take away even in Corona times :)

Been here several times for brunch and lunch. Quickly and freshly prepared with lots of flavour - not salty, but with herbs and lots of goodness! I was particularly happy with my Sea Bulgar Bowl today with grilled vegetables and octopus. One of my favourite neighbourhood cafés! Friendly service also a big plus :)

My online breakfast reservation was canceled by the café at 6:50 am on the day of the reservation. Reason: Due to bad weather, the café is closed today. Unfortunately, I didn't read the e-mail in time, stood in front of closed doors in the morning and, to be honest, was quite angry. The weather was rainy days beforehand, so I would have liked to find an alternative in good time.

We recommend. Clean, quick, friendly and delicious. Scrambled eggs with sucuk are excellent. Extra requests were kindly accepted and implemented, although there was a lot going on. You don't know that in Germany. Thank you very much

45 minutes waiting for a wrap with arugula and goat cheese - and then it's not what is on the menu, but iceberg lettuce instead of arugula. Apparently someone here doesn't have his shop under control.

Chaotic. I waited for the food forever and didn't come. I left without eating. You could hire more waiters so that guests don't have to wait long. So not recommended

A really nice place to have a breakfast or lunch! The staff is friendly and interior is cozy and calm. Delicious coffee. But it would be more convenient if cashless payment was possible.

Great fresh healthy breakfast (also, but not only with an oriental touch), delicious manti, all kinds of colorful salads, delicious cakes, great coffee and tea selection and last but not least super nice service! And despite the rather small space, Lavin's somehow manages to radiate a more relaxed atmosphere than some wannabe superhipster shops in the neighborhood :-)

I find it highly irresponsible to charge such high prices and if you want to drop by the shop is closed, even though Google Maps says otherwise. Is it too much to update opening hours?

The food was ok, for the price we honestly expected more. The store is very messy and noisy. Guests have to wait a long time for a table because nothing is tidied up in time. We will not be going back. It's a shame.

Amazing service and amazing food. The bread was so delicious that we asked for more and ate it all. The omelette with spinach and parmesan was delightful. Orange juice was perfect. We'll definitely be coming back very soon.

A wonderful place to have an oriental breakfast. Lovely turkish atmosphere. The food is well cooked with lots of varieties in the dishes. The staff are very friendly ?.

We had a very nice late breakfast. The owner herself is very friendly and the food is fresh. Standards as well as oriental food or a mix of both make everyone happy. You can even pick up lunch there for lunch I think. At lunchtime it gets a bit hectic and crowded, it can take a bit longer, I think until you get served. It's just a great little shop, best book!

Very friendly service. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. Unfortunately too small the store which I personally did not like, that you have to sit so close together. In any case, you should reserve it before you get a seat safely.

Delicious food and great atmosphere!

One of my favorite places! Food is amazing (been there for lunch) and loved the hummus! Very nice and comforting staff, really nice interior. Unfortunately like most of the cafes and restaurants ... they are using plastic straws with all the drinks (ice coffee, wine, Hugo,...) By now, there are plenty of alternatives and I hope Lavin’s is going to consider them soon!

Great place

Good choices for breakfast for salty or sweet. From typical German breakfast to Turkish inspired ones. Interior sweet, not too crowded on a Saturday. Outside seating not available at the moment bc of construction. Coffee is just okay though. Great option for breakfast or brunch around Munich, coffee needs to be improved! Staff really friendly.

Another neighbor hidden gem in Munich. The pear and walnut torte was exceptional. Kind and friendly service.

Although my wife and I hate to have breakfast outside somewhere (no matter where, the offers are quite mostly colorful and on the contrary so bland and tasteless), we were here on invitation of a friend on Sunday. The breakfast was quite tasty and the service was also very friendly. We will definitely come back!
